How to reheat your favourite hot jammies

To Reheat your Doughnuts

Bring the doughnuts back to room temperature by leaving them to thaw first. However, you can go straight from frozen if you can't wait!

  • Oven Reheating

    1. Pre-heat your oven to a low temperature of 110 degrees.
    2. Spread the doughnuts out on a tray with baking paper or foil under them.
    3. Place in the oven (middle rack) until they reach desired temperature. This could be anywhere from 15 mins. to half an hour.
    4. Once the doughnuts have reached the desired temperature, it's time for sugar!
    5. Put the sugar in a bowl or tray and roll around to coat them just how you like them.
    6. It's time to eat!!!
    7. Watch out for the hot jam!

NOTE: If the doughnuts had sugar on them already because you're reheating leftovers bought from the market, that original coating of sugar will have melted back into the doughnuts.

If you know you won't be eating the doughnuts right away, ask for them 'nude' or without sugar and roll them in fresh sugar once reheated.

Tubs of sugar are supplied for boxed orders and without sugar already coated.
  • Microwave Reheating

    To consume on the same day;

    1. The doughnuts can remain in the bag, or be placed onto a plate or other microwave safe dish.
    2. Place your plate or bag in the microwave and give it a quick 10-20 second 'zap'.
    3. Take them out and give the bag a shake to redistribute the sugar after reheating or sprinkle some fresh sugar over them if you took them out of the bag.
When the jam is starting to ooze out, they're generally ready & super hot!

For frozen nuts : Follow the above instructions although you may need a touch longer as they'll be a bit "hard" after their holiday in the freezer. Keep going with 10 second zaps until the desired temp is reached.

Reheating from room temperature yields the best results, but if you're an instant gratification kinda person - from frozen also works.
  • Air Fryer Reheating

A few minutes in the Air Fryer and rolled in fresh sugar is fab!

Try 150 Degrees for 6 minutes or lower the temperature and test in 2 minute bursts.

This will depend on each individual Air Fryer, so please go gently and feel free to share your tips & tricks viaInstagramorFacebook.

The jam can get LAVA hot when reheating so please take care when eating to avoid burning your tongue or mouth!

Freeze and Store

The doughnuts freeze well and can be frozen in the bags or transferred to zip lock bags.

Best consumed within 6 months, but still great at 12 months!
